In case of any payment given by the customer for NG conversion services, it shall be his/ her sole responsibility as IGL wouldn't entertain any such complaints or grievance regarding the same.

In case any technician demands any amount, customer is advised to deny for the services and email at support@pipedgas.com mentioning your BP number and address with technician details. A new team shall be immediately deputed for NG conversion.
